Cell Match — Privacy Policy

Cell Match (“the app”, “we”, “our”) is operated by winsiner. We respect your privacy and built this game to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how to control it.

TL;DR

• We do not ask you to sign up. No accounts, no usernames.
• Your game progress and best score live on your device only.
• We show ads via Google AdMob and offer a one-time “Remove ads” purchase via Apple App Store / Google Play.
• Ads and purchases are processed by Google / Apple — they receive limited device data as described below.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Data we do NOT collect

• Real name, email, phone number, address, photos, contacts.
• Cloud-saved game progress (saves are local only).
• Audio, location, biometrics.

Data the app stores on your device

The following are stored in local app storage (e.g., localStorage / Capacitor Preferences) and never leave your device unless you uninstall the app or trigger Restore Purchases:

• Best score
• Tutorial-seen flag
• Language preference
• Sound / vibration toggles
• Free smash booster count per session
• In-progress game snapshot for autosave/restore

Data collected by third parties

Google AdMob (ads)

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• IP address, device model, OS version, app version
• Approximate location derived from IP
• Ad interaction events

This data is used to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → toggle on Opt out of Ads Personalization

Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases)

When you purchase “Remove ads”, the store processes the transaction and returns a receipt. We use the receipt only to unlock the entitlement on this device. We do not receive your name, email, or payment method.

Children's privacy

This game does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

The game's age rating is 4+ (iOS) / Everyone (Play). The content has no violence, sexual content, gambling, or scary themes.

Your rights

Depending on your region (EU/UK/California/Korea), you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent for ad personalization

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new policy.
